No Support. A franchise model that is quick to sell but doesn’t have the infrastructure to support and train their franchisees is a big red flag. Weak Business Model. Understanding the parent company’s business model is vital. Know the goals, projections, and key metrics your franchisor has established. Any holes in a business plan mean a flawed system.
