Welcome to our Fast Track Program

Congratulations on your decision to become a franchisee of Splash and Dash Groomerie & Boutique. The excitement is about to begin!

Fast Track means let’s get started now! The first 3 phases of this process will happen simultaneously since we know you already have what it takes to juggle multiple priorities!

Your grand opening will come sooner than you think! By no means does the Fast Track program mean we are cutting corners or finding shortcuts to open prematurely. Our team is dedicated to putting you on the quickest path to ownership and opening! From legal paperwork to finding the perfect location, establishing your budgets, negotiating leases, meeting landlords, strategizing floor plans, understanding inventory, learning our systems, committing to profitable procedures and so much more – all paws on deck!

Welcome to the family! READY… SET… GO!

Phase 1: Legal Entity & Owner Information

Filing for your legal business name and FEIN number are the most important steps to keep your closing date on schedule.

Phase 2: Legal Documents

Legal paperwork can be ruff and that’s why we are committed to making this a breeze for you! At no additional cost, Paralegal Services, will be provided over the course of 30 days. You will attend 3 scheduled 1:1 calls to discuss and question all legalities involved. These sessions will help you make sense of the 100+ page Franchise Disclosure Document (commonly referred to as an FDD) which is chock-full of legal jargon. With legal guidance you’ll have a clear and confident understanding of franchise ownership as a new location partner!

Phase 3: Budgeting & Finances

There will be two budget meetings. These are designed to give you a clear understanding of the costs associated with the project. This will also ensure that funding remains available and as needed. The goal is to limit any financial surprises that could result in a delay of your grand opening. The Initial Budget Meeting will take place in the first few days of onboarding. Here we will discuss the total projected expenses for the project. We will also discuss the anticipated timeline that funds will be needed. The Final Budget Meeting will take place once a physical location has been chosen (HOORAY)! We will reassess and tighten costs now that we have a better idea of the blank canvas we are working with. We can then also better predict the upcoming expenses necessary for demolition, construction, permits, and so on. We will again discuss an updated timeline that funds will be needed.

Phase 4: Real Estate

Finding that perfect location is truly essential for a successful business to flourish and this becomes the foundation for all your future growth. Our national real estate firm will assign you a local, commercial real estate broker who knows what is required in a potential location to transform it into a successful Splash and Dash Groomerie & Boutique. Throughout this phase you’ll really begin to visualize yourself and your business in that perfect community.
